Safe Environment for Everyone
Health and Safety
We believe all children deserve the best possible start in life and should be able to learn and play in an environment which is safe and secure. We also want all of the parents to have full confidence that their child is in a safe environment and are protected from any harm.
All of our staff at every location regularly attend staff training sessions to ensure they are well versed to deal with any situation that arises.
Safety Policies and Procedures
Early Learning Childcare have multiple policies and procedure which all our nurseries abide by. These policies are put in place to keep our nurseries at the highest standard, providing the best learning experience for all our children.
Before working in our nursery environments, all of staff have been DBS (Disclosure Barring Service) checked to ensure they are fit for the role and suitable to work with children. All our staff are also on the DBS Update Service which means we are able to check our staffs DBS status at any time. Giving parents’ full trust that their child(ren) will be in safe hands.
Every member of our staff are first aid trained to ensure somebody is always on hand to deal with any accidents. All accidents, regardless of how minor, are reported in our accident log and parents are informed at the soonest opportunity.
Due to the current COVID-19 situation, we have adapted our nurseries to be as safe as possible. To do this, we have put in place a 2 metre distance policy, minimum of two minute hand washing policy, mask must be worn by parents at all times whilst in our premises and multiple hand sanitising stations will be placed around the entrances and exits. If you have any questions or concerns about this, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
